Note:
All students going through men's recruitment must attend the first two nights of recruitment, where you will have the opportunity to meet all 8 of our chapters. Phi Delta Theta Fraternity is currently suspended and is only recruiting mid-spring.
The two nights are below: THE TWO BELOW DATES HAVE BEEN CANCELED
January 24th: Night 1 - 5:30 - 7:30 pm
January 25th: Night 2 - 5:00 - 8:00 pm
Additional dates to meet us
There will be tables in the Student Union (SU) and tenting outside the front of the SU in the weeks leading up to recruitment. Feel free to stop by, meet us, and ask any questions! Look for the solid blue tablecloth with the phrase "Interfraternity Council" on it to locate us - you can also locate us by finding anyone with giant stitched Greek letters on a jersey!
You are also invited to attend our semesterly tradition Fraternity and Sorority Life Event, Meet the Greeks, on January 19th, 11:30 – 1:30 pm in front of the Student Union. At this event, you can meet and chat with all our organizations. You will see a lot of tents and flags during this time; it'll be hard to miss us!
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with the IFC Vice President of Recruitment, Spencer Baldock, at embryriddleifc@gmail.com
Welcome to our community! Active on the Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach campus since 1971, it is a privilege for us to support and advocate for the nearly 600 students who are members of one of our fraternities or sororities on campus. A fraternity or sorority membership is an experience unlike any other in college. Students instantly take this large campus community and make it smaller to build meaningful relationships that last long beyond their time here. In addition, students have the opportunity to join inter/national networks that reach far beyond the campus and engage with leadership development curriculum and programming from their early stages of membership. Our community raises over $120,000 yearly for local and national philanthropic organizations while at the same time providing over 4,500 service hours to local causes and organizations. Our community prides itself on putting academics, service, and philanthropy at the forefront of its work. There is a place for everyone in this community, so ask questions, be curious, and explore. Our sincere belief in the value of this experience aligns with our high standard of getting students through the recruitment processes to find their fit in our community; to find their forever Riddle family! Our community comprises nine IFC chapters, four PHA chapters, and the Order of Omega Academic Honor Society.
